The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) in question, within the framework of a so-called "open house procedure". All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate agreement in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for the active substance(s) specified in the invitation to tender, under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure.
