France – Building construction work – Mission globale de conception et construction d’un nouvel EHPAD (CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE SALLANCHES) et missions d’entretien et de maintenance

The subject of this consultation is a global sectoral public contract for the design, construction, and maintenance of a new EHPAD on the site of the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE SALLANCHES, with a capacity of 110 beds. The project will accommodate: A PASA with 14 places, a day centre with 6 places, a protected living unit with 12 beds, a reception area, an activity sector (animations, etc.), an administrative sector, a logistics and changing room sector, a restaurant sector, two 25-bed living units, two 24-bed living units, technical rooms, gardens, and outdoor parking. The maintenance services will only cover the following equipment: lifting devices, HVAC and water treatment, BMS/BAS, automation/gates/portals/barriers, fire safety, and major equipment. The firm section is divided into three phases: Phase 1: Design (project management missions): Development of Preliminary Design Studies, Building Permit, APD studies, PRO studies, Additional Mission 1: Passivhaus Certification Dossier, Additional Mission 2: Signage and Colorimetry. Phase 2: Work execution (project management: DET, EXE, OPC, AOR, Additional Mission 1: Passivhaus Certification Dossier, Additional Mission 2: Signage and Colorimetry. Execution of all trade works). Phase 3: Maintenance for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of acceptance of the work. Additional years are planned in optional sections.
