France – Buses and coaches – Acquisition de véhicules compacts de différentes catégories pour le transport de voyageurs

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of compact vehicles of various categories for passenger transport. The "Goods", within the framework of this agreement, refer to new vehicles as specified in the Technical and Financial Special Clauses Document (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authorities as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the CCP, in the context of their activities as network operators providing a public service in the field of passenger transport.
