The contracting authority hereby establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for successive procurement of staffing services within healthcare and care. The purpose of the dynamic purchasing system is to ensure access to qualified personnel in the event of temporary or longer-term staffing needs and to create flexibility and competition in the call-off process during the system's period of validity. The dynamic purchasing system includes the provision of temporary healthcare and nursing personnel within the following, but not exclusively, occupational categories: Registered Nurses Specialist Nurses Assistant Nurses Physiotherapists. Personnel may be requested, for example, in: special housing (SÄBO) home healthcare ordinary housing/home help short-term activities LSS activities municipal primary care other activities within healthcare and care. Exact requirements and scope are specified with each call-off within the system. Contracting authorities and units covered by this DIS may have existing agreements that partially cover the requested services. These agreements remain in effect independently and unaffected by this DIS, until they expire. The DIS guarantees no volumes.
