The public contract to be awarded as part of the consultation takes the form of a lump-sum contract, for the provision of recurrent preventive maintenance services, and in part the form of a framework agreement with a maximum value, for the so-called ad-hoc maintenance services, as these services are described in the Functional and Technical Specification Document (CCFT).
