Finnvedsbostäder AB invites tenders for contracts for security services. Värnamo kommun is the entity that only administers and announces the procurement for Finnvedsbostäder AB.

The assignment includes security services that are ordered on a continuous basis within the Customer's property portfolio. The assignment primarily concerns service, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, programming, commissioning, access rights administration and maintenance of:

• Mechanical locking systems

• iLOQ and other digital locking systems

• Access control systems

• Intercom systems

• Laundry booking systems

• Fire alarms

• Evacuation alarms

The work includes both planned and unplanned maintenance.

The assignment also includes delivery of materials, products, components, licenses and subscriptions required for the execution of the assignment.

The estimated value of the procurement: SEK 12 million

The maximum value of the procurement (ceiling volume): SEK 15 million

No specific volume is guaranteed. If the ceiling volume is reached, the framework agreements will no longer be in effect. The buyer has the right to terminate the framework agreements prematurely if the ceiling volume is at risk of being exceeded during the contract period, with a notice period of six months.
