The subject of the project is the introduction of a future-proof, modular, scalable and expandable portal platform for digital network customer processes of the distribution network operator Salzburg Netz GmbH in Austria. As a functional entry point, the network connection process will be digitally supported in a seamless and cross-sector manner for electricity, gas, district heating, telecom and water. The platform will serve as a central digital point of contact for customers, installation partners and internal employees and will integrate further network customer processes, self-service offers and customer-related services in the long term. The focus is on product maturity, intuitive user guidance and modern UI/UX, configurability by the specialist department, open integration capability, information security, data protection, accessibility, a sustainable operating model and the sustainable further developability of the solution.
