Description

Supplies subject: Supply, installation and maintenance of a digitalised PET/CT imaging system with LAFOV for radioisotopic examinations in nuclear medicine (room BOR-S1-06.113-1). • The system will include the following new main elements: o A large field of view gantry (Large Axial Field Of View): detector length of minimum 1 metre in the axial direction); o An examination table; o Reconstructor cabinet, if provided by the supplier, in a separate technical room; o Cooling unit, if provided by the supplier, in a separate technical room; o An image acquisition and processing system in the console room; o A network interface for communication with the PACS (DICOM), worklists, and other local nodes; o A system for archiving raw data on Network Archive System / Storage Area Network; o CCTV cameras in the examination room with a screen in the corresponding console room meeting the criteria of the HUB's Engineering Department; o A mobile cardiac trigger monitor; o A respiratory gating system (may be integrated into the equipment); o Shelves allowing for the future installation of additional materials; o Cabinets for storing medical equipment necessary for examinations; o Cabinets for storing technical equipment necessary for radiophysics; o Equipment (phantom, support, ...) and radioactive sources necessary for calibrating the equipment for the entire duration of the maintenance contract. o A secure and secure safe for storing radioactive sources in the examination room; o « Healing Environment » for patient comfort: lighting, false ceiling and wall decoration of the examination room; • The system: o Will allow PET/CT radioisotopic examinations with 3D image reconstruction, gating and dynamic; Raw data must be able to be acquired and saved in LIST mode. o Must be able to quantify radioisotopic images acquired with positron emitters whose branching ratio is between that of F18 and that of Y90. o Will offer the dose modulation algorithm and the metal artefact correction algorithm for the CT part. Assistance to the associated Research Programme: • Use of Artificial Intelligence in PET/CT image reconstruction; • Definition and development of dynamic PET investigations. Delivery location: Institut Jules Bordet, Rue Meylemeersch 90 à 1070 Bruxelles
