The present consultation concerns the conclusion of a synallagmatic promise of sale with public interest charges for the implementation of housing with social and functional mix, shops and a public square on the "La Gare" site in the commune of La Trinité (06). The project, designed and financed by the selected team, will consist of the creation of:

- A housing programme of approximately 49 dwellings (2 920 m² of SDP approximately), including:

- 35% social rental housing (16 dwellings),

- 67% free-access housing (33 dwellings).

It should be noted that the proportion of social rental housing must not be less than 35% in number and in area; that a proportion of social access housing (type PSLA or cost-controlled access) may be proposed by candidates to promote access for first-time buyers and young active people, which would reduce the proportion of free-access housing.

- Approximately 610 m² of shops,

- Approximately 78 parking spaces,

- A public square.
