1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of investor supervision services for the implementation of the task: design (preparation of design documentation) and execution of demolition (carrying out construction works) in the design and build system of the task named: "Design and execution of the liquidation of Toll Collection Points located along the Katowice section of motorway A4, including restoration of the road to standards appropriate for its class"
