Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – „Доставка на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на „МБАЛ-Самоков” ЕООД ЧАСТ 3 по 28 обособени позиции ”

The subject of the public procurement is: "Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD, Part 3 by 28 separate positions" for a period of 24 months by prior written requests for the needs of the treatment process in "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD, pursuant to the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act and in accordance with the conditions of the Public Procurement Act and the participation documentation. The order contains 28 (twenty-eight) separate positions with the specified Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) code and International Nonproprietary Name (INN). The medicinal products, which are the subject of the present order, included in the separate positions of the notice for the opening of the procedure for the award of the present public procurement, are specified in separate positions and are presented in detail by pharmaceutical forms and the necessary forecast quantity in the "Technical Specification" attached to the documentation. Note: The quantities of oral medicinal forms are in packages. All quantities indicated in the specification are forecast, i.e. the Contracting Authority is not obliged to order the delivery of the entire agreed quantity, but has the right to order quantities according to its actual needs.
