The framework agreement is "composite". It includes a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. The maximum net amount of services per purchase order is set at 100 000,00 euros net. The detailed phasing of the operation is set out in the tender specifications. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged. The present contract concerns the completion of the studies necessary for the revision of the Local Urbanism Plan (PLU).
