The Dynamic Purchasing System is a two-phase purchasing technique: a submission of applications by interested companies, followed by a request to the companies whose application has been accepted each time a need arises. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 11 categories. Each candidate can position themselves in one, several or all of the categories. The estimated value of the need is 600,000 euros HT per year.
