The following planning services are being tendered: Architecture/Planning - § 34 HOAI 2021 - Lot 1 Performance Phase 1 - 9 Structural Design - § 51 HOAI 2021 - Lot 2 Performance Phase 1 - 6 Technical Equipment - § 55 HOAI 2021 - Lot 3 Plant Groups 1, 2 and 3 (HLS) Performance Phase 1 - 9 Technical Equipment - § 55 HOAI 2021 - Lot 4 Plant Groups 4 and 5 (Electrical) Performance Phase 1 - 9

The tendered planning services for the modernisation and refurbishment of Atelierstraße 1 and 3 are to be assigned to the scope of services for buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 10. The assignment of the fee zone is made on the basis of the object list of Appendix 10.2 HOAI 2021. This concerns an existing building. The implementation of the measure will take place in two stages. Work will begin on Atelierstraße 1 and Atelierstraße 3 will be implemented subsequently. It is pointed out that these are repeat services according to § 11 HOAI 2021. With the award, the services of performance phases 1-3 will be commissioned for Atelierstraße 1. The commissioning of the further performance phases will take place in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of further performance phases beyond performance phases 1-3, nor to the further commissioning for Atelierstraße 3. Due to the staged commissioning and an associated interruption, no increase in the fee or other claims, in particular for compensation or damages, can be asserted. Further information can be found in the sample specialist planner contract attached to the tender documents, which is to be signed after the award.
