This framework agreement concerns the procurement of riot control (MO) helmets for law enforcement forces. The execution of the framework agreement will take place in metropolitan France. Pursuant to Article L. 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code, as this framework agreement does not involve separate services, it is not divided into lots. The details of the services are set out in the Special Technical Clauses Document (CCTP). The framework agreement sets out all the contractual terms. It is executed by means of purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of 4 years from the date of notification. As an indication, the estimated quantities for the duration of the framework agreement are mentioned in the CCAP. These quantities cannot contractually bind the administration for the execution of the framework agreement. The maximum tax-exclusive amount of the framework agreement for the duration of execution is 11,000,000 € HT. This framework agreement includes a social clause for training under school status.
