The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation for the task “Development of project and cost documentation with the provision of author supervision for the construction of a building for the District Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at Kazimierzowska Street.” The detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the OPIW entitled “Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract”, hereinafter referred to as “SOPZ”. The requirements indicated in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW should be treated as the subject of the contract, the description of the needs of the Contracting Authority, and the indication of the characteristics of the services constituting the subject of the contract, as well as the minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject of the contract or the execution of the contract, which are non-negotiable and must be met by all tenders.
