RTE, the manager of the public electricity transmission network, is launching a multi-attribute framework agreement for intellectual services supporting the operational management of its construction and modification projects of its infrastructures (overhead and underground lines, substations): project management and technical support, and programme management of national programmes. Main characteristics: – Multi-attribute framework agreement executed by subsequent contracts with systematic re-competition of the holders of the relevant lot; the contract is concluded without volume or exclusivity commitments. – Maximum duration of six years, i.e. a firm period of three years (36 months) followed by three optional periods of twelve months. Anticipated start of services envisaged on 1 September 2027. – Estimated forecast volume: 254 M€ HT over the total duration (Lot 1: 126 M€; Lot 2: 128 M€). – Profiles mobilised: engineers (junior, confirmed, expert) and confirmed technicians specialising in the construction of complex infrastructure projects.
