This is a recurrent services contract for the cleaning of premises (excluding inaccessible windows). It is divided into lots according to the type of activity and includes, as needed, composite lots and lots that are either solely based on purchase orders or solely on a fixed price. The contract also includes tranches. The contractor is subject to a results obligation. The quality of the services must be satisfactory in three areas: hygiene, appearance and comfort. A clause for the transfer of personnel applies to the contract, in accordance with the collective agreement for this sector of activity.
