Ireland – Site-investigation services – Multi-Party Framework for the Provision of Site Investigation Services (Pro192)

The Land Development Agency (the “Contracting Authority” (CA) or the “LDA”) is the authority responsible for this procurement. The LDA intends to procure the appointment of a framework of specialist companies to carry out geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations. The site investigations will typically be required for medium to large sites for residential development of low-rise houses/duplexes or medium to high rise apartment blocks.
