This notice follows a previous consultation published at the end of March 2026 and declared unsuccessful. The present consultation concerns the rehabilitation of the envelope of the 5 buildings comprising the property group, consisting of 5 buildings from R+4 to R+8, 11 stairwells, and 241 dwellings. In accordance with Article R2124-3-4° of the Public Procurement Code, the contract will be awarded through a competitive procedure with negotiation, as it cannot be awarded without prior negotiation due to particular circumstances related to its complexity: -works carried out in a constrained occupied environment while ensuring the continuity of services to tenants, -intervention capabilities in the presence of asbestos materials.
