The South Savo Wellbeing Area Eloisa invites tenders for legal expert services in accordance with this tender notice and its annexes. The legal expert services to be procured include drafting, commenting, consulting and guidance services. Consulting and guidance services are primarily carried out by telephone, email, other electronic means or at the client's premises. The legal expert service relates to the legal issues of the public law community. The client's various units order the service according to their needs. The procurement does not include legal representation services and other legal services to which the procurement law does not apply.
