Czechia – Building surveying services – DNS_Zeměměřičské práce pro výstavbu OZE

The DNS is being established based on the concluded Framework Agreement for Centralised Procurement between ČEZ, a. s., Duhová 2/1444, Praha 4, 140 53, IČO: 45274649 (hereinafter referred to as "ČEZ" or "Central Contracting Authority") and the Mandating Contracting Authorities. The establishment of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) is carried out by the Central Contracting Authority within the framework of centralised procurement in accordance with § 9 of the Act on Public Procurement. The subject of the public contracts to be awarded in the established Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the provision of surveying works and related geodetic services in connection with the preparation, implementation, legal arrangement and documentation of the actual execution of OZE and BESS construction projects, including related transport and technical infrastructure and performance. The Contracting Authority will, within the DNS, procure in particular the following services: - geodetic surveying of territory, land, buildings and engineering structures, - horizontal and vertical surveying, - demarcation of land boundaries, construction site boundaries, building structures, technical infrastructure routes and other elements as required by the Contracting Authority, - geodetic works during the construction process, including control measurements, - surveying of the actual execution of buildings and related structures, - preparation of geometric plans and other documentation for the registration of rights in the cadastre, - preparation of documentation for the legal settlement of land and property rights, - other routine surveying and geodetic works related to the preparation and implementation of OZE and BESS construction projects, if specified in the specific call for tenders. The exact definition of the Subject of the Public Contract will always be specified in the relevant Call for Tenders within the established DNS.
