Introduction of a digitalisation platform for network processes. The aim is to provide a platform that can initially implement network customer processes, particularly network connections, from digital capture by the customer in a web portal to workflow-controlled orchestration of end-to-end processes. The solution should enable seamless digital process management, status tracking and processing. In the long term, the platform should be expandable to implement further frontends and customer portals in the network area, and prospectively also for other sectors and business areas.
