1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Technical Advisor services for the implementation of the Satellite Monitoring System for Agricultural Crops (S2MUR) project. The service involves preparing analyses, expert opinions, recommendations, reports, and ongoing consultations in the context of the implementation of the Satellite Monitoring System for Agricultural Crops (S2MUR) project, including work related to the design and construction of the S2MUR System, particularly in relation to the source material (including satellite data) collected by the Contracting Authority. 2. The Contracting Authority envisages the execution of the subject of the Contract: 1) within the basic order – a maximum of 1080 man-hours, (maximum limit), not less than 360 man-hours (minimum limit), 2) within the option – a maximum of 2760 man-hours.
