Poland – Office supplies – 264/PN/2026- Dostawa artykułów biurowych i papierniczych oraz chemii gospodarczej dla UCK

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermal transfer labels, and household chemical items for the UCK, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermal transfer labels, and household chemical items will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. Max delivery time: 5 working days from the date of the order. The ordered assortment The Contractor shall deliver at their own expense to the Warehouse of the Procurement and Transport Department. 3. The Buyer allows the submission of partial tenders. The Buyer allows the submission of partial tenders. By the term partial tender, the Buyer understands the individual packages set out below: Package 1 – Supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermal transfer labels, Package 2 – Supply of household chemical items, with the proviso that the Contractor may submit a tender for only one of the two packages mentioned above. The Buyer does not allow the possibility of a single Contractor submitting a tender covering both Package No. 1 and Package No. 2. In the event of a Contractor submitting a tender covering more than one package, all partial tenders submitted by that Contractor will be rejected under Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp as non-compliant with the terms of the contract specified in the SWZ. A Contractor submitting a tender for a selected package is obliged to submit the documents and declarations required in the SWZ accordingly for that package.
