France – Technical building-inspection services – Missions de contrôle technique pour diverses opérations de construction de la ville de Colombes

This framework agreement for subsequent contracts aims to carry out technical control missions within the framework of various construction, rehabilitation, restructuring or refurbishment operations of buildings of the Ville de Colombes. It is concluded with several economic operators and gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts, concluded as the needs of the Ville de Colombes arise, under the conditions defined by this framework agreement. Each subsequent contract will specify, in particular, the nature and characteristics of the operation concerned, the technical control missions entrusted to the contractor, the execution deadlines, the expected deliverables, and, where applicable, the particular conditions of execution. The content and scope of the missions are defined in the **Particular Administrative Clauses Document (PACD)** and the **Particular Technical Clauses Document (PTCD)**, as well as, where applicable, in the documents specific to each subsequent contract. The maximum amount of the initial contract and of each renewal is limited to 300,000.00 euros excl. VAT. This amount is understood to be annual.
