Netherlands – Computer equipment and supplies – ICT-Hardware

The contracting authority wishes to award a separate contract per organisation with one (1) supplier for the purchase of ICT hardware, including related services. The aim is to supply the contracting authority with the required ICT hardware, including related services, via one supplier during the term of the framework agreement, based on the actual need. The contracting authority wishes to contract a contractor who is brand-independent and able to offer a wide range of ICT hardware, peripherals and supplies (hereinafter collectively referred to as: ‘ICT hardware’). The contracting authority considers it important that it can "choose" its ICT hardware itself on the basis of the requirements set out in this tender. This means that the contractor offers several ICT hardware products according to the specified functionalities and requirements and that the contracting authority then makes a choice in the ICT hardware product to be purchased. Indicative quantities are mentioned in paragraph 2.1.2 of the Tender Document and the Registration Form.
