This is a single-supplier framework agreement which includes: - a firm part; - an optional tranche in accordance with Articles R.2313-2, R.2391-8 to R.2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, as detailed in the consultation file; - a part for order forms on a price list in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; - a part for supply or service orders intended to cover any potential technical issues in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code.
