• bringing electrical installations into compliance with the minimum safety requirements described in the Royal Decree of 4 December 2012;

• renovating, renewing or extending lighting installations, among others, with a view to improving energy consumption and reliability;

• integrating remote control and monitoring of electrical installations;

• carrying out general electrical installation work;

• supplying, installing and connecting all kinds of electrical components such as electrical panels, cables and cable management systems (cable trays, conduits, etc.), sockets and switches, junction boxes, motion detectors, lighting fixtures, etc.

This contract is divided into 3 lots:

• Lot 1: District Centre

• Lot 2: District North

• Lot 3: District South
