1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of tasks including the supply of hardware and software infrastructure. The procedure is divided into 3 parts: a) Part 1. Supply of IT hardware and software b) Part 2. Supply of OT hardware and software c) Part 3. Guaranteed and emergency power systems 2. All supplied devices must meet the requirements of the Energy Star standard or an equivalent (in accordance with the DNSH criteria for digital investments). 3. The equipment must be factory new and free from substances on the REACH/RoHS list. 4. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the swz and it will be introduced as an annex to the contract for the public procurement.
