Poland – Cleaning and polishing products – Sukcesywne dostawy środków czystości

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of cleaning products for the Ursynów District Education Finance Office (DBFO) of the City of Warsaw and educational facilities in the Ursynów District of the City of Warsaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Price Form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority requires that the products delivered to the DBFO Ursynów and the facilities be approved for sale in the territory of the Republic of Poland and comply with applicable quality standards and legal requirements. 4. The contracting authority requires that the products delivered to the DBFO Ursynów and the facilities be new, bear the manufacturer's name and product description in Polish, and be free of defects. 5. The contracting authority requires that the shelf life of the cleaning products delivered to the DBFO Ursynów and the facilities be no less than 6 months from the date of each delivery. 6. The contracting authority requires that deliveries be made within three working days from sending an email to the Contractor's delivery address. 7. The contracting authority requires that the order be executed on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Contract Clauses, which is Annex 7 to the SWZ.
