SK Hankintapalvelut Oy is conducting a procurement process for the procurement of accounting services and systems. This is not a call for tenders but solely an invitation to participate. With this invitation to participate, the candidate registers for the procurement. This invitation to participate concerns the procurement of accounting services for Sydänsairaala companies (TAYS Sydänkeskus Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut Oy, Sydänsairaala Tietopalvelut Oy) by TAYS Sydänkeskus Oy ("Sydänsairaala"). The procurement is implemented as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The subject of the procurement is comprehensive accounting services and the supporting financial management information systems for the needs of the Sydänsairaala companies. The service package includes bookkeeping and financial statement services, purchase and sales invoice processing system, purchase and sales reconciliation, payment traffic, fixed asset accounting, consolidated financial statements, statutory archiving, and possibly also services related to tax reporting. The subject of the procurement is accounting services and systems that are suitable for Sydänsairaala's extensive and diverse specialist healthcare service operations, where the consolidated invoices are large and the volume of purchase invoices is significant, and the data is mainly delivered via interfaces or file transfers, but also the separate invoicing of other supplementary services, etc., must be possible. Regarding the systems included in the service, the buyer has an initial need for integration with the following systems: Mynla (specialist healthcare sales invoicing), Acute (patient care billing system), Mepco (salaries), M2 (travel expenses), Navita (budgeting and financial reporting system), MS Azure (Sydäntietoallas). The more detailed volumes, division of responsibilities and interfaces of the services, as well as the content of the services, will be specified in the negotiated procedure, as will the delivery project related to the start and matters related to the transfer of services from the current service provider. The procurement time is approximately 7.5 years and the estimated value of the procurement is approximately 1.1 million euros. The procurement will select one (1) contract supplier.
