France – Miscellaneous food products and dried goods – Fourniture de denrées alimentaires pour la Ville de Saint-Maur-Des-Fossés

This contract concerns the supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals provided to public nursery and primary schools in the City of Saint-Maur-Des-Fossés (25 schools) and 9 crèche canteens. As an indication, the production volumes are as follows: - School period: 5600 meals per day - Wednesday meals: 2400 meals per day - School holiday period: 1500 meals per day The contract is divided into 12 lots: some lots will be awarded through an open procedure in accordance with Articles R.2161-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, and others through a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article R.2123-1 2° of the Public Procurement Code.
