Belgium – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Raamovereenkomst aankoop en ondersteuning netwerk- en beveiligingscomponenten en aanverwante diensten

The subject of the contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of hardware, software, maintenance and support contracts, as well as related services within the domain of network and security infrastructure. The contract includes both the further support of the existing environment and the execution of projects, consultancy, third-line support and managed cybersecurity services, focused on detection and response. Within this scope fall, among others, one-off implementation, recurrent contract and service management, an MXDR/SOC basic subscription per customer, variable costs per endpoint, onboarding of additional telemetry sources, 24/7 watch service, bi-annual health checks, annual roadmap reviews and support for transition-out. The contract comprises three functionally coherent parts: • Purchase of hardware and software and conclusion of maintenance and support contracts; • Services relating to ICT network and security infrastructure, including consultancy, project execution, support, health checks and management support; • Managed services for cybersecurity: threat detection and incident response, including monitoring, analysis, reporting, escalation and support for incident handling.
