Belgium – Horticultural services – Onderhoud van groen en groendaken binnen de ZAS campussen

This contract concerns the sustainable management and maintenance of green spaces on the ZAS (Ziekenhuis aan de Stroom) grounds, including:

- Pesticide-free weed control on open and semi-open hard surfaces.

- Mowing of grass areas.

- Pruning of trees, hedges, ornamental shrubs and bushes.

- Removal of litter and emptying of bins on car parks and in the external environment;

- Maintenance of green and brown roofs.

- The general health inspection and condition assessment of trees.

The contract is divided into three (3) lots:

Lot 1 - General green maintenance, litter and bins (Estimate -1.300.000 excl. VAT)

Lot 2 - Maintenance of green and brown roofs (Estimate -60.000 excl. VAT)

Lot 3 - Tree inspection (Estimate -30.000 excl. VAT)

The tenderer may subscribe to one, several or all lots.
