The subject of the contract is the demolition of three single-storey buildings and the subsequent construction of a single-storey, non-basement kitchen building for food preparation, including a dining area for food consumption. The construction works will also include a primary circuit of a heat pump, outdoor seating, hardened surfaces, garden landscaping, water connection, sewerage, retention tank and LAPOL, and outdoor lighting.
