Execution of the trade windows and sun protection for the new construction of an office building at Neidhartstraße 32, 86159 Augsburg. The IHK Schwaben is the owner of the property at Neidhartstraße 32, where a three-storey residential building from 1952 once stood. The property is located directly south of the IHK's main business premises. The existing rental property has already been completely demolished. A modern office building, House 4, is being constructed at this location, meeting current requirements for functionality and energy efficiency. The new building will be directly connected to the IHK's existing structures via a single-storey connecting building. The construction of the compact, four-storey new building will be carried out using reinforced concrete skeleton construction. The existing underground car park will be extended, so that no new access route needs to be created.
