This notice is not intended to initiate a procurement procedure, but to announce the conduct of a market survey in accordance with § 28 (1) VgV. The procedure does not yet constitute a formal procurement procedure. The market survey is being conducted on behalf of the Chemnitzer Verkehrs-AG (CVAG) and serves only to prepare for a possible subsequent procurement procedure. The CVAG intends, within the framework of a possible subsequent, separately to be published procurement procedure, to award the operation of the Garagen-Campus.
