The services concern the completion of studies for the construction of electricity distribution networks and connections, operated by Enedis in the territory of the Regional Directorate of Brittany, for the period December 2026-2029. As well as the completion of Complementary Investigations (IC) and Non-Intrusive Location Operations (OL) to locate them in class A. Enedis entrusts the mission of detailed study, completion of administrative and technical files enabling the obtaining of administrative authorizations and the ordering of the completion of the works. This purchase consists of 2 lots: Lot 1 concerns the studies in the department of Finistère, Lot 2 concerns the studies in the departments of Côtes d'Armor, Ille et Vilaine and Morbihan.
