The consultation concerns the provision of a solution, with evidential value, for managing compliance with the regulation relating to the protection of personal data and the AI Act (mandatory) and the registers for the declaration of gifts, conflicts of interest and sponsorships (Sapin II law) (optional). The consultation also includes the maintenance (regulatory, corrective, evolutionary) of the solution, training services for the solution and all associated services. In the tender phase, candidates must propose a base offer based on an on-premise solution, in accordance with the specifications of Aéroports de Paris. They will also be authorized to submit one or more variant offers based on a SaaS solution, provided that these improve the qualitative and/or economic performance of the framework agreement.
