The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of 2 UPS units for the BT server room. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of new devices as well as the dismantling, collection and disposal of used UPS units. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in SWZ Part III Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV SWZ (PPU). 3. The purpose of the contract is to ensure the continuity of the server infrastructure at the Main Road Transport Inspectorate. The purchase is necessary to ensure the continuity of the teleinformatics infrastructure and to protect servers, network devices and information systems from the effects of power outages, voltage drops and other power supply disruptions. The use of UPS units will enable the safe maintenance of device operation for the time necessary for their controlled shutdown or switching to backup power, minimizing the risk of data loss, equipment damage and downtime in the operation of the Office. The purchase of two UPS units is due to the need to secure key elements of the server infrastructure and increase the reliability of the power supply system both in the GITD server room (at Al. Jerozolimskich 94) and in CANARD (at ul. Przyczółkowej 109a). The implementation of the contract will contribute to ensuring the continuity of public services and maintaining the security and availability of information systems used by the Office. 4. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted. 5. The contracting authority does not allow variant offers to be submitted. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of applying the right of option. 7. The contracting authority does not require the submission of subject-related evidence with the offer. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of supplementing subject-related evidence on the basis of Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act. 9. The contracting authority does not provide for the holding of a pre-offer meeting with contractors. 10. The contracting authority allows subcontractors to participate in the implementation of the contract. 10.1. In the event of subcontractors participating in the implementation of the contract, the contracting authority, in accordance with Article 462(2) of the Pzp Act, requires the contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and for the contractor to provide the names of the subcontractors (if known). 10.2. Entrusting the execution of parts of the contract to subcontractors does not release the contractor from responsibility for the proper execution of the contract. 11. The contractor is not obliged to provide security for the proper execution of the contract. 12. The contracting authority does not reserve the right of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract. 13. The contracting authority does not reserve the right of personal performance by individual contractors jointly seeking to be awarded the contract of key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract. 14. The contracting authority does not impose a requirement in the field of employment by the contractor of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 15. The contracting authority does not specify a requirement for the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment contract; 16. The contracting authority does not reserve requirements or conditions related to the implementation of the contract, referred to in Article 96(1) of the Pzp Act. 17. The contracting authority does not reserve requirements related to the implementation of the contract, referred to in Article 101(1) of the Pzp Act. 18. RODO - Information Clause contained in SWZ. 19. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of granting advances on account of the execution of the contract. 20. The contracting authority does not provide for the reimbursement of participation costs, except in the event of a situation referred to in Article 261 of the Pzp Act. 21. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of granting contracts, referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 22. The contracting authority does not provide for the conduct of an electronic auction, referred to in Articles 227–238 of the Pzp Act. 23. The deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract is within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract (Note!!! It is a criterion for evaluating offers). The contractor will be obliged to implement the contract within the deadline declared by the contractor in the offer form (Form OF.0.). 23.1. The deadlines for the implementation of the individual obligations of the contractor, constituting the subject of the contract, are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Part IV SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract indicated in Part III SWZ. 24. The contracting authority does not require the submission of objections. 25. The contracting authority does not specify the obligation for the contractor to carry out a local inspection.
