Construction Cost Manager New Building Nieuwe Meervaart This tender concerns the contracting of a Construction Cost Manager. It relates to one of the separate tendering trajectories that the Municipality will carry out individually within the framework of the Integrated Design Assignment for the new building of theatre Nieuwe Meervaart and the redevelopment of the southwest shore of the Sloterplas (the Integrated Design Assignment). The Construction Cost Manager works together with the multidisciplinary architectural team responsible for the Integrated Design Assignment and with the other disciplines involved in this assignment. These disciplines together form the Design Team. The Construction Cost Manager, as a separate discipline, is part of the Design Team and, from his specific expertise, contributes to the Integrated Design Assignment being realized within the available budget.
