The property was constructed in 1969 and is used by the owner as a rental property with rental apartments. The building envelopes of the two multi-family houses will be executed with a new ventilated facade to meet current energy requirements. New, larger balconies will increase living comfort. Additionally, one passenger lift will be installed per multi-family house. The new construction of the underground garage will increase the comfort of the parking situation for the tenants, taking into account the future needs of e-mobility. SVA Zürich is seeking a service provider in this tender to renovate the existing two multi-family houses according to the client's specifications and the current state of the art, as well as to construct a new underground garage.
