The subject of the contract is the removal of reeds and tree and shrub overgrowth in the Natura 2000 area Błota Rakutowskie PLB040001 and the nature reserve Jezioro Rakutowskie over an area of approximately 18 ha. The size and scope of the works include: 1) Complete exposure of the shallow floodplain of the lake's bay by mowing reed vegetation and removing willow, birch and poplar overgrowth (clearing) from the shallows of the nature reserve Jezioro Rakutowskie over an area of approximately 18 ha. 2) List and areas of parcels: The works will be carried out within two parcels with a total area of approximately 18 ha located on land parcel no. 1037, Rakutowo cadastral district, Kowal municipality. 2. Contract performance period: The protective actions will be carried out within 21 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 14 December 2026. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
