The subject of the present service description are the procurement, contractual (construction and architectural law) and administrative law advisory services of the framework agreement for the "New Construction of the Accelerator Centre Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR)" in Darmstadt. The main services are the contractual advisory services in construction and architectural law. The framework agreement of the previously active contractor is about to expire. Due to the complexity and scope of the now largely completed project, in order to support the contracting authority ("AG"), the procurement, contractual (construction and architectural law) and administrative law advisory services shall be re-tendered. The services to be tendered shall also be adapted to the progress of the project.
