The subject of the procurement is a software service solution for assessing the need for smart care and support services for its use, including maintenance, support, implementation and expert services. The procurement contract is currently in force. The software service enables each well-being services county to independently manage its own operating environment. This includes, for example, the management of service chains, service steering, content, reporting and users. The procurement is carried out as a joint procurement in accordance with Section 21 of the Procurement Act. In addition to the Päijät-Häme well-being services county, the following participate in the procurement: - Etelä-Savon well-being services county - Keski-Suomen well-being services county. Päijät-Häme well-being services county is responsible for the tendering of the joint procurement and makes the procurement decision on behalf of all well-being services counties participating in the procurement. Each well-being services county makes its own separate procurement contract with the supplier selected on the basis of the tender. The procurement contracts are independent of each other. Each well-being services county decides independently, for example, the implementation schedule for the software service, the scope of use, and any possible orders to be made during the contract period.
