The OAA are not parties to this framework agreement. The contracts are concluded between the SPGE and the contractor. The SPGE remains the sole co-contractor of the contractor and ensures the payment of the services carried out. The services are carried out on the sewerage networks of the municipalities participating in the GIEg pilot project implemented by the SPGE with the OAA and on the basis of the needs identified by the latter. This framework agreement is intended to cover the needs of the OAA participating in the GIEg pilot project, without however imposing an exclusive recourse to it.
