Germany – Refuse and waste related services – Übernahme und Verwertung von stoffgleichen Nichtverpackungen (sNVP)

The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of services for the collection, transport, sorting and disposal of a (proportional) mixed collection, consisting of LVP and sNVP, which is collected by means of the recyclables bin by a service partner of the packaging return systems in the area of the district of Nienburg (Weser). The collection of the waste mixture by the contractor must take place at the Nienburg-Krähe disposal centre (An der Steingrube 1–3, 31582 Nienburg/Weser). The subject of the services are only the partial quantities of the mixed collection (approx. 23.70%) that fall within the disposal responsibility of the contracting authority due to corresponding agreements with the packaging return systems, which proportionally contain both LVP and sNVP.
