France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la création d'une nouvelle école maternelle de 8 classes sur le site de l'ancien EHPAD du Pradon à Callian (Var)

This contract concerns the mission of design and supervision for the heavy rehabilitation of the former EHPAD building at Pradon (approx. 2 350 m² SDO) and the associated external works (approx. 3 805 m²: playground, educational garden, forecourt, urban park, car parks, bike shelters), with a view to creating a nursery school with 8 classes (ERP category III, type R) with leisure centre, restaurant unit with 240 meals/day and shared facilities. The operation is located in a seismic zone 3 (moderate), within the protection perimeter of a Historic Monument (opinion of the Architect of the Buildings of France required), and is subject to the orientations of the SDAGE Rhône-Méditerranée 2022-2027 for the management of rainwater at the plot level.
