It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with the most economical bidder for the provision of auditing services. The call-off of services from the framework agreement shall be made by individual call-offs and is subject to the appointment of the auditor for the annual financial statements by the respective general meeting of shareholders and the corresponding mandate by the respective supervisory body in charge (for further information on the scope of services see 5.1).
